Did someone say Garlic?
From the first time you open this sauce you know there's garlic in it...luckily, it's conveniently called Nali Garlic! The great garlic taste doesn't detract from the spicy kick though, so be warned.
Nali Garlic brings together the finest birds-eye pepper and the smokey-sweet taste of garlic in a fine peri-peri sauce. It is made from the tiny red-hot birds-eye chillies which are native to Malawi. Today, aficionados cultivate and collect these unique peppers for this distinctly African delight.
Nali Garlic can be used in many dishes. It makes for a delicious marinade and a wonderful table condiment for meat, seafood and vegetable dishes. It is a delightful addition to nearly any meal. Mr. Khoromana's special recipe has, over the last thirty years, become a favorite world-wide for those in the know, and a spicy favorite in Malawi and southern Africa.
Ingredients: water, fresh paprika, garlic, acetic acid, birds-eye chilies, salt, stabilizer (E115), preservative (E211).

I discovered Nali sauces while living in Malawi (especially the garlic on a piece of pizza - or any ndiwo!) and have treated my limited supply like gold since I left. I am so thrilled to have access to it again. Please keep it up! These are the most unique hot sauces I've ever come across - thick, rich, and spicy. Delicious!

Saint bernards carry this stuff around their necks in the alps. Why bother having food when you could just have this sauce?
